Mike Fraysse's Sports Camp (NE Regional Team Tryouts) : Day 1

[Guest blogger Sean Domitrovits will be telling us about his experiences at Mike Fraysse's Sports Camp (North East Regional Team Tryouts) ]

I began my vigorously long trip up to Glen Spey, NY after Bryan agreed to take me up. I wouldn't be here without him and I'm extremely grateful that I was able to be a part of this camp. So, thanks Bryan. As we neared closer, the mountain-like scenes were like something out of a movie and I knew that i was in for a real treat as we pulled into the driveway. After arrival we made our way through a big house and met with Mike Fraysse who was a former olympic cycling coach and a man who's been involved in the sport of cycling practically his whole life. I didn't quite know what to expect as I got settled into my room, but all seemed well. So the next morning everyone was up by 8 o'clock and we had a hardy breakfast. We were later told to get ready to go for a spin when it began to rain. Something that I didn't add about the drive up earlier was that the road conditions were rough and the hills are insanely steep. We were told before riding out that Mike would scope out the riders to check for experience and riding posture. So as I clipped in, we were off. The group seemed to keep a pretty steady tempo and we were told as a group to just ride easy for the day because of our big race tomorrow (the housatonic) in Connecticut. Because of the wet conditions I figured something would happen, and one of the younger kids crashed out my soon-to-be teammate for tomorrow, causing minor road rash and some bent handle bars. After some long gradual climbs the older guys started to pick it up and jam up the hills for a good long effort. I sucked some wheel and got the blood in my legs pumping. Since we were out to open the legs I had no problem keeping up today and otherwise felt great. The team got back and we ate a good lunch, this soon led to some relaxation for now, but we were told we were going to go over some tactics later today. Thats all for now..

Thanks,
Sean Domitrovits (super sean)

A little off topic, Guys... I have a question. Two days ago I found this site:
Rivalspot.com - Playstation tournaments
They say you can play online Fight Night game tournaments on any console for cash... had anyone tried that before? Looks like a cool idea...
Are there any other sites where you can play sports games for real moneys? I Googled and found only Bringit.com and Worldgaming.com but it looks these guys don't specialize in sport gamez. Any suggestions?
